You may request access to personal information that we hold about you or request that the personal information we hold about you be corrected.

If you would like a copy of the information which we hold about you or believe that any information we hold on you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please set out your request in writing to:

We will notify you within 30 days of receiving a request for access to personal information of our response to this request.  A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information.
