Elephant in the Room is made at Limestone Coast Winemaking (under the supervision of Corey Ryan). Limestone Coast Winemaking is a large contract co-operative where a wide range of Limestone coast winegrowers make their wine. The Limestone Coast is the source of the best value regional wines in South Australia and a beautifully diverse but moderate climate perfect for premium winemaking.
