Preservative Free sees the omission of sulphur or sulphites in wine that can cause allergies. The use of Sulphur dioxide (220) has long been used in wine as a preserver to keep the wines fresh. Look for the sign on the label that says Pres Free or free of sulphites if you are in anyway sensitive to these additions.
