Matured in barrel for over 2 years the palate showcases depth & richness, together with a smooth complexity of toasted vanilla, orange peel and cinnamon. Rich on the mid-palate with maple that is mouth-warming and a lifted spice finish.

Tasting Note: Imbued with finger lime and pepper leaf this is a very pure vodka with subtle  citrus notes from the finger lime before a lifted smooth finish. Excellent martini vodka or suitable to premium mixers.
