Region: Various Premium Sites (across South Australia & Victoria) Grape Variety: Muscat Giallo Winemaker: Corey Ryan Alcohol: 13.5% Brand Summary: Mullet wines deliver bolder ripe fruit flavours up front with a bigger body and mouthfeel driving a big, long finish. Or like any great mullet, it’s business at the front, party at the back. Hand-crafted and purpose built, these are wines doing all they can to be big on flavour and big on drinkability. Mullet wines putting good times and enjoyment above all else! Winemaking: Selected parcels of the vineyard displaying bigger, riper fruit flavour are handpicked purposely for the blend. Harvested in the cool of the morning to avoid the warmer temperatures of the day. The fruit is quickly delivered to the winery for chilling and crushing prior to a regular fermentation in stainless steel tank. Soft, yet persistent bubbles are achieved by secondary fermentation in charmat tanks (high pressured stainless steel). Vintage 2024: A brilliant vintage for Mullet wines. An early cold period leading to a mild temperature growing season ensured full and even ripeness was achieved across red and white varieties alike. Yields were down, but flavours were bold. These big riper flavours arrived in the berry later in the season allowing for picking at higher Baume resulting in above average ABV. Tasting Note: bold and bright aroma’s of yellow and green tropical fruit with classic pink musk-stick confection. the palate is round and fresh and pack full of tropical flavours. This is a flabvour-packed wine that balances perfectly the bold flavours of purposeful ripe fruit with freshness. Big, bold and ready to go.

According to folklore, knowing his fate, Morgan told the hangman he was consoled by what would be his magnificent view of the harbour. Today we’re still obsessed with rum but “harbour views to die for” luckily has quite a different meaning Tasting Note: Rich and indulgent, this chocolate-infused Tawny harmonises velvety milk chocolate, toffee, and vanilla with the deep, barrel-aged complexity of the wine. These are a refreshing range of wines entirely for those of us who love the softer, light and fruity taste of wine. Each variety is a pure and classic expression showing bright, elegant and gentle sweet fruit flavour that finishes light, soft and very long. You ‘ll know even before you take your first sip, Sweet Caroline is just what you’ve been looking for! Winemaking: Seeking bright sweet-fruited berries in a well-established sunshine laden vineyard. Parcel selection in the vineyard has enabled all hand-picking before being transferred to the winery for whole bunch pressing into 100% stainless steel for fermentation. A short maceration, spending some time on skins to extract colour and mouthfeel. The wine is then fermented, which is ceased just prior to dryness. The wine is then blended and bottled early to ensure is ultra-fresh. Vintage 2024: Is a wonderful vintage to craft Sweet Caroline wines. An early cold period leading to a mild temperature growing season ensured full and even ripeness was achieved across red and white varieties alike. Yields were down, but flavours were bold and energetic. Parcel selection in the vineyard enabled timely picking of bright, sweet-fruited berries that are perfect for the soft and fruit driven wine style being crafted. It is bottled in sustainable, lightweight glass and the wine styles are balanced, medium weighted and naturally lighter in alcohol. Since 2019, the brand has planted a tree for every case sold in efforts to reduce their carbon footprint and to date, has planted 2.6 million trees in the ‘Tread Softly Forest’ (and counting)…. Vineyards: Sourced from established vineyards of the rich soils of the border of Victoria and South Australia. The vines are mostly dry-grown and utilise expert canopy management to help to ripening and vigour.
