A zero alcohol wine with real flavour.
First it was lower alcohol and now it's zero alcohol. Fourth Wave Wine is excited to launch its first zero-alcohol wine. Introducing Plus & Minus – a contemporary brand that gives the wine drinker a solution, no matter the occasion.
Plus & Minus is a combination of scientific endeavour and top shelf winemaking to create a new innovation in wine. The range includes zero alcohol Blanc de Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Rose as well as a Shiraz and Pinot Noir.
These wines have been hand-made without the use of any artificial sweeteners, but do see the addition of grape skin extract (GSE) during the winemaking process. This is rich in naturally occurring antioxidants, delivering more of those benefits that can already be found in red wine but without the alcohol.
The Plus & Minus range of wines have been uniquely hand-crafted using only high quality grapes from premium, dry-grown South Australian vineyards. This ensures the resultant wines remain vibrant and full-flavoured once the process of removing the alcohol has been completed.
