Provence is the region most famous for it's rosé ... in the greater southern Rhone (especially Tavel), the Languedoc and Roussilon, rosés are at least as common as white wines... ”

Bertaine Rosé (12pk)
More about Bertaine Find a stockist Region: Aude Valley Summary: Bertaine et Fils is a range of modern varietal wines sourced from the cool-climate Aude Valley and named in honour of one of the region’s most prominent grape growers. The vineyards of the Aude Valley are planted in the foothills of the Pyrenees, alongside the river that flows down to join the Canal du Midi at Carcassonne. The 25 year old, low-yielding vineyards benefit from high elevation and cool evenings to create elegant and varietally expressive wines. Winemaking: Made solely from Syrah and given a short maceration (a few hours) sufficient to impart colour and texture. Following a soft pressing, the juice is given a cool fermentation in stainless steel and allowed to ferment to almost complete dryness. Maturation on lees in stainless steel adds texture and malo-lactic fermentation is prevented to ensure vibrancy. Vintage 2020: 2020 growing season begun with generous autumn rains and a mild December. A warm February got things moving pretty quick and an early budburst was experienced. A cooler spring slowed things down and then a dry summer provided excellent conditions for harvesting. 2022 was an excellent vintage with wines of elegance, great aromatic intensity and freshness. Tasting Note: Charismatic and blushing pale pink, it appears well within the classic Provence “pale and dry” spectrum. The nose is gloriously aromatic and sweetly perfumed with aromas of strawberries and rose petals. More about Farm Hand Find a stockist Grape Variety: Shiraz, Petit Verdot, Chardonnay
Region: Australia Winemaker: Con-Greg Grigoriou Closure: Screwcap Alcohol: 13% Summary: The Farm Hand wines are grown by the Grigoriou family, fourth generation wine growers, from almost one hundred acres of Organic Vineyards in the Monash Valley of South Australia.
Vineyards: The moderate, dry climate with very low rainfall during autumn and fertile soils is perfect suited to Organic Viticulture. The well established vines (up to thirty years of age) are planted widely apart for airflow to minimise disease pressure and minimal drip irrigation ensures low yielding fruit with rich flavours and varietal expressiveness Winemaking: Fruit is harvested during the early morning hours to retain freshness and partially whole bunch pressed. A fast and precise vinification in stainless steel with minimal oxygen contact maximises fruit expression and aromatics. A cool fermentation (15 to 18 degrees) is undertaken in stainless steel tanks before a short rest on lees prior to bottling. 2023 Vintage: Spring was cooler than usual and with more rain events bringing soil moisture levels up. Summer likewise was cool yet with enough sunny days to enable beautiful albeit slower ripening. This made for a later vintage than prior years, but the resultant fruit quality is very, very good. More about Plus & Minus Find a stockist Grape Variety: Pinot Noir
Region: Australia Winemaker: Corey Ryan Closure: Screwcap Alcohol: Zero Alcohol Summary: Plus & Minus is a contemporary range of wines developed to be richer in antioxidants, minus the alcohol. These zero alcohol wines have been hand-made without the use of any artificial sweeteners but do see the addition of grape skin extract (GSE) during the winemaking process. This GSE is rich in naturally occurring antioxidants delivering more of those benefits that can already be found in red wine but without the alcohol. The Plus & Minus range of wines have been uniquely hand-crafted using only high-quality grapes from premium, dry-grown South Australian vineyards. This ensures the resultant wines remain vibrant and full-flavoured once the process of removing the alcohol has been completed. Vineyards: Fruit sourced from vineyards in South Australia. Vintage 2023: The winter and spring prior to the 2023 vintage was generally a little wetter and cooler than what is usual, delaying the start of vintage and meaning some extra care was required through the growing period. Sweet Caroline Rose (6pk)
Region: South Australia
Summary: Sweet Caroline wines are thoughtfully crafted for an easy-drinking and sophisticated wine experience. These are a refreshing range of wines entirely for those of us who love the softer, light and fruity taste of wine. Each variety is a pure and classic expression showing bright, elegant and gentle sweet fruit flavour that finishes light, soft and very long. You ‘ll know even before you take your first sip, Sweet Caroline is just what you’ve been looking for!
Winemaking: Seeking bright sweet-fruited berries in a well-established sunshine laden vineyard. Parcel selection in the vineyard has enabled all hand-picking before being transferred to the winery for whole bunch pressing into 100% stainless steel for fermentation. The wine is then blended and bottled early to ensure is ultra-fresh.
Vintage 2024: Is a wonderful vintage to craft Sweet Caroline wines. An early cold period leading to a mild temperature growing season ensured full and even ripeness was achieved across red and white varieties alike. Yields were down, but flavours were bold and energetic. Parcel selection in the vineyard enabled timely picking of bright, sweet-fruited berries that are perfect for the soft and fruit driven wine style being crafted.
Tasting Note: Lightly coloured, lifted red berry fruits and subtle florals dominate the aroma. The palate is soft, elegant and rounded contrasted by a light and refreshingly soft finish. The below information is available for stockists of this product.
