Summary: The See, Hear, Speak No Evil Organic wines are sourced from fully certified Organic vineyards and made using minimal additions. The wines are Organic, Vegan friendly and made to EU guidelines for minimal preservatives (less than 30ppm Free Sulphur. A new benchmark in affordable Organic Wines).

Winemaking: Hand picked into small bins and chilled before processing in the winery, A steady vinification with a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Six months maturation on lees to build texture and complexity before minimal filtration and bottling. 

Vintage 2023: Early cool weather and some rain early spring has set the region up well for the warmer than usual period running up to harvest time. The wines show terrific colour and phenolic ripeness and a fine natural acidity delivered in 2023. 

Tasting Note: Aromas of passion fruit, fresh cut grass and subtle citrus and honey dew melon. The palate is lifted with white similar fruit flavours and a crisp acidity gives this wine line and length. An enjoyable aromatic white best served in the sun with friends and fresh seafood
