Winemaking: Multiple picks across varying vineyards enabled us to use only the finest of fruit available. The grapes were lightly pressed to extract the purest of juice that was then transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation and maturation. Bottled early for a bright, fresh and lively Prosecco.

Tasting Note: Showing lemon citrus, apple blossom and subtle spice with refreshing acidity, carrying a fine string of bubbles to finish long, soft and flavoursome. A perfect refreshing aperitif style that would pair well with canapes or just served on its own. Serve chilled with great company.
