When you have a Nebbiolo itch to scratch, and insufficient budget to drink Barolo on a near daily basis, or just want something fresh and vibrant, and expressive of the greatest of all red grapes, then this fits the bill admirably well. It’s juicy, all succulent red cherry and raspberry, floral and aniseed/flowering basil perfume. Medium-bodied, light but sure tannin, brightness and fair length. So enjoyable."
