"My only request when I die, is that I’m not buried. I wouldn’t mind being pushed out to sea on a wooden boat and burnt, though that’s unlikely. Ashes could be scattered on 4 Acres, Francia, Bricco delle Viole, Rabaja, Montestefano and similar, would be nice. And on that cheery note!
Juicy, apple, blossom and lime, slight petrol note almost in hiding. It’s plump and sweetly fruited, just enough acidity, some chalky things, some zip and lime rind to the finish. Nothing too demanding. Easy to drink."
