"A collaboration between Tim Shand and Nic Crampton (Fourth Wave), I believe. Tim must be the tortoise as he has very little hair. I’m here all week. Try the veal.
It’s a good, honest, straight-down-the-line Pinot Noir. Cherry, spice, a little something autumnal. Fresh, sweet red fruit, some fine powdery tannin, crisp feel, and a solid finish. Excellent value."
