"Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro. 20% whole bunches, no oak, preservative free. Plenty of black and red fruit, spice, some meaty and earthy stuff. It’s fresh, lively, and has particularly pleasant weave to its chewy tannin, some floral perfume, and a long fresh finish. It’s a great thing to drink. Feels lively and unforced."
