A bit syrupy in flavour

"Alcohol is also a preservative. And I’m living proof of that. I’m 50, and look 40 (tops!), or so I think after a few drinks… Very saucy and spicy, black fruit, raw beef and sweaty smells. It’s a bit syrupy in flavour, blueberry and blackberry pie,  has a grab bag of tannin, a slight balsamic vinegar sweetness and tang, and finishes a little too warm..."
