Woods Crampton White Label Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
19th August 2020
“Sourced from the cusp of the Barossa and Eden, this is a rich red, sure; but as is the wont at this address, it is extracted righteously. With purpose. The result is a marauding wave of earthy tannins, tucking in billowing seams of blackcurrant, graphite, bouquet garni and loamy scents. The oak is buried, serving as an adjunct to the fluidity of the whole. This is a new contemporary benchmark for Barossa cabernet.”
