"Bright straw-yellow colour, youthful and lively. Lemon zest and soda, aromatics slightly dilute. Citrus skins, lemon and lime drive the palate. A murkiness to it - cured citrus rather than fresh fruit, a bitter, phenolic finish rather than clean and crisp acidity. Best served with food."
