"Let’s be honest – Italian Pinot Grigio can be disappointing. You wrap your lips around it hoping for a little splash of European style and get wines with little or no flavour for your trouble. So this wine is a welcome surprise that is not only organic but it almost feels like it has been made to suit the Australian palate.
For Italian Pinot Grigio, it is packed full of flavour. The colour is almost watery white but it’s hiding a delicious array of pear, apple and citrus fruits. It is then dry, and even has some creamy Gris texture to it – impressive – plus a little earthiness and spice to show its Italian origins. It is a wine with impact, plenty of flavour, serious drinkability and a lingering finish. Get some."
