Little Giant 'Little Batch' Grenache Tempranillo 2019

"Little batch and a little limited, so much so that it doesn’t feature on the Little Giant website. No doubt it will do before long. It’s blue with oak and blue with fruit. Bubble-gum-like in a way. Blueberries and raspberries meet vanilla, resin and cream, a clove-like character kicking through the finish. There’s a smoothness to the texture overall but there’s grain to the tannin, which is a good thing. It’s old school in its lavish application of vanillin oak but there’s a place for that and it works well here."
