"Chardonnay from organic sources, no fining, touchstones of the natural wine world while weighing heavily into the value systems around it. Nicely done too.
Nice drink, kind of like a flat apple cider, simple, soft, a bit of pear in there too. Good length of flavour albeit a bit washy and dilute. Good nod in the direction of dictionary definition of the variety. Good good."
