"Sicilian Pinot Grigio. Importer: Fourth Wave Wine
Pear, lemon, green herbs. A little waxy and chalky, but fresh too, delivers a good amount of flavour with a subtle almond bitterness and finishes pretty well. It doesn’t need to be served very cold, though I think it’s kind of nicer that way."
