Cowpunk Organic Pinot Gris 2021

"Skin ferment pinot gris from a new label from Fourth Wave wine branders. Organic, natural. Sweet wine. Very. It’s almost candied in its characters, soft, tastes like soft lollys, strawberry and cream meets jelly beans via Allen’s Party Mix. The finish is somewhat dry, and there’s some silty pucker in texture, but geez, this one is a sweet-hearted wine, and too much for me, especially from such a tannic and structured variety."
