Cowpunk Organic Prosecco 2021

"Fourth Wave wine merchants pure play natural wine brand here. In swing-top bottles. Prosecco done col fondo style. Creamy textured, tart and vanilla creamed at once – lemon meringue vibes. A bit more nutty than that with halva-marzipan finish too. Tight, very light bubbles, lean in that department but still holds refreshment factor. I wonder if the swing top closure can hack pet nat winemaking? Anyway, I like this, a great little drink."
