"Pronounced cooked apple puree and toast aromas set the pace for this lively alcohol removed fizz. Incredibly dry compared with other brands, with nice acidity and big bouncy bubbles sweeping the palate. Crunchy red apple, red currant and a long jammy finish, with only a slight glimmer of grape juice to end. It’s an excellent result, considering."
