Little Giant Chardonnay 2021

"Pale straw hue. Very fragrant, quite a bit jumping out of the glass on the table: grapefruit, apple skin, lemonade, lemon sorbet, white nectarine, crisp water cracker, touches of meal and mineral water. Palate builds more to the savoury, fuller approach to Mod Oz Chardy with more of the mealy, yeasty umami lees work showing over bittersweet grapefruit citrus, white stonefruit and a juicy spike. A touch short through the finish but showing solid structure for those that like their Chardy with some heft."
