Kindred Spirits Pinot Noir 2014

10th March 2017
Good to drink... 90 Points

"Hawke’s Bay not really known for its Pinot Noir, but is well known for important grapes like Merlot and Cabernet.
Cherry and rich raspberry, spicy, peppery and sappy with tamarillo tartness giving it a little edge. Medium bodied, juicy red fruit, but dry feeling wine with a spine of bright acidity, powdery tannin and a peppery red fruited finish. It’s a pretty direct style, not so layered, but good to drink."
