"It’s been a reliable performer over its short history. Talc and vanilla perfume, juicy lemon and lime, maybe some aniseed. Light bodied, pretty and approachable, with a nice amount of crunch to the acidity, but not so much it makes you wince. Gentle chalky texture, and a tweak of lime rind bitterness on a gin and tonic infused finish of solid length. No worries mate."
