"Rose from France’s Aude Valley. It’s made with 60% Cinsault, 30% Grenache, 10% Shiraz. Pale copper with a hint of crimson. Savouriness in the background but it’s essentially fruit driven. Raspberry, spice, a crunch of red apple. Texture and flavour are both on its side and...it drinks easily and well."
