No Evil Rose 2017

"From the ever-clever Fourth Wave folio of wines, here a tilt at the ‘natural wine’ segment of the market with certified organic fruit and minimal intervention winemaking, per se. Rose from Monash Valley (Riverland, SA) and is 90% grenache and 10% the unsung ruby cabernet variety... It’s righteous drinking, easy to drink, scents of rose water, candle wax, cranberry. Simple, pleasing. The lightly creamy palate finishes on edgy, refreshing acidity with a pool of pink fruit, ruby grapefruit and light cherry juice lending the wine a joyous and clean feel. No brainer, very well priced organic wine. Great summery thing."
