"The two oldest estate vineyards are hand-picked and fermented with 20% whole bunches, the remainder destemmed, each component separately made, matured in used oak, large and small. Deeply coloured, full-bodied and richly robed, with liqueured black fruits, liquorice, bitter chocolate and superfine tannins. 14.3% alc."
