"Winemaker Nicholas Crampton is a man obsessed with collaboration, and he’s roped in all his cobbers across the Adelaide Hills region to contribute small parcels of fruit — which have resulted in this lush, plush, spice-saturated, red-berry rocker of a wine. I’m crushing a bit on Adelaide Hills pinot noir of late because it’s so full of character and so dang food-friendly. I think savoury waffles topped with roast mushrooms, rocket, and chorizo would be ace."
