"Open-fermented, 5 days cold soak (at a seriously cold 8?C), fermented at 25?C, matured in small and larger oak barrels (30% new) for 9 months, not filtered or fined. A full-bodied interpretation of ’17, and has very good balance and varietal expression. Its future is absolutely guaranteed, with fine tannins a backstop.
Very good now, better down the track. Bargain++. 14.5% alc."
