Winemaking: The IGP Pavia Sparkling Pinot Grigio is made using the Charmat method, where the second fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to retain the grape’s fresh, fruity character. After gentle pressing, the base wine undergoes a cool primary fermentation, followed by a short secondary fermentation to develop fine bubbles and lively texture. The result is a bright, crisp sparkling wine with vibrant fruit and a clean, refreshing finish.

Vintage 2024: The 2024 vintage in Pavia IGP delivered excellent quality fruit, thanks to a warm, dry growing season that promoted healthy vine development and concentrated flavour. Timely rainfall in late summer helped balance ripening, resulting in wines with vibrant fruit, balanced acidity, and soft tannins. Overall, conditions were ideal for producing expressive, approachable wines that reflect the generous character of the region.
