Winemaking: Made from Limestone Coast Cabernet Franc paired with Merlot for softness, this soft Rosé was left on lees for longer to allow for a dry finish with a touch of sweetness.
Vintage 2023: 2023 will probably be remembered as wet in most parts of Australia. However, in inland vineyards the rain did not hinder, rather it helped vines stay healthy and created favourable conditions for a modest and favourable crop across much of the country. Overall, quality was up but yields were down.
Tasting Note: Pale pink in colour, lifted blueberry fruits and complexing floral undertones. The palate is rounded and fleshy with excellent length, finishing with a slight off-dry softness.
