Winemaking: Seeking bright sweet-fruited berries in a well-established sunshine laden vineyard. Parcel selection in the vineyard has enabled all hand-picking before being transferred to the winery for whole bunch pressing into 100% stainless steel for fermentation. The wine is cool fermented and ceased just prior to dryness. The wine spends a short time on lees to soften the mouthfeel and build a little weight and flavour complexity before being bottled.

Vintage 2024: Is a wonderful vintage to craft Sweet Caroline wines. An early cold period leading to a mild temperature growing season ensured full and even ripeness was achieved across red and white varieties alike. Yields were down, but flavours were bold and energetic. Parcel selection in the vineyard enabled timely picking of bright, sweet-fruited berries that are perfect for the soft and fruit driven wine style being crafted.

Tasting Note: Lime and lemon juice with yellow garden florals and subtle white spice aromas. The palate is fresh and fine with beautiful light weight fruit showing crisp and gentle fruit sweetness. Super delicious and ready to go.
