Winemaking: Made via our unique ultra membrane method, this range of zero alcohol wines are hand-crafted using only high-quality grapes from Australian vineyards ensuring the wines remain vibrant and full-flavoured once the process of removing the alcohol has been completed.   
 
Tasting Note: A fresh expression of a Sauvignon Blanc, minus the alcohol. Yellow in colour with a nose of passionfruit and tropical characters. The palate is clean, with tropical fruits and citrus with a soft acidity to finish.
