Winemaking: Sourced from established vineyards on the rich soils of the border of Victoria and South Australia. The vines are mostly dry grown and thoughtful viticulture practices help control ripening and vigour.

2022 Vintage: A La Nina season brought much welcomed rain over the winter months and continued in providing a mild spring and summer. The cooler than average weather during harvest resulted in a longer ripening period which facilitated fragrant and elegant fruits in white wines with seamless natural acidity.

Tasting Note: Vermentino! The newest addition to our Tread Softly range of moderate alcohol, modern wines that are lighter on the environment and on your palate. Floral aromatics combine with white nectarine and peach on the palate. Pink grapefruit citrus and saline minerality carry the fruit providing a long finish. Crafted with minimal impact to the environment through thoughtful viticulture, as well as a commitment to planting a native tree in the Western Australia Yarra Yarra Corridor for every six bottles sold.
