Summary: Love Not War brings together a collective of like-minded winemakers from around the world united by their belief in organic farming. Enabling them to showcase classic wine styles delivered from the most sought-after wine regions. Hand-crafted thoughtfully using premium organically farmed fruit and minimal winemaking intervention resulting in vibrant, full flavoured, vegan Friendly wines.

Love not War Sangiovese is crafted by winemaker Soledad Adriasola Lang. Soledad has strongly voiced her concerns of the impact of climate change and advocated the need to support the future of organic viticulture combined with higher altitude plantings.

Winemaking: Organic grapes were hand-picked and hand-sorted before whole bunch pressing to old oak.

2021 Vintage:  2021 was declared as a consistent vintage, although there was significant rainfall in the early part of the growing season leading to significantly lower yields, there was no doubting the quality.

Tasting Note: A deliciously easy-drinking Sangiovese. On the nose it shows dark cherry fruit and savoury herb nuances with a touch of amaro. The palate is medium-bodied and fresh with dark fruit  and soft earthy tannins. It finishes dry with clean acidity. It would pair well with a Lasagne.
