Vineyards: Sourced from sustainable vineyards from around Australia.

Winemaking:  Hand picked into small bins and chilled before transportation to the winery, A very fast and precise vinification with a cool fermentation in stainless steel before extended maturation on lees to build texture and complexity.

Vintage 2022: 2022 will probably be remembered as wet in most parts of Australia. However, in  inland vineyards the rain did not hinder, rather it helped vines stay healthy and created favourable  conditions for a modest and favourable crop across much of the country. Overall, quality was up  but yields were down. 

Tasting Note: Easy drinking and popular blend of two aromatic white varieties that make the  quintessential Australian white blend. The nose is alive with citrus and passionfruit with hints  of cut herbs. The palate delivers on the aromas with a core of lemony fruit and super fresh acidity.  A great match to Sushi or Sashimi.
